Request terms

The rules for sending, changing, confirming and paying for a chauffeur ride request through this website.

Request first, confirmation later

Sending the form creates a ride request only. It does not create a confirmed booking, transport contract or payment obligation.

The operator may prepare the trip details and send an offer to the selected driver, but that does not confirm the ride. The ride is confirmed only after every required driver accepts the current offer for the agreed date, time, route, pickup point, vehicle and final fare.

Prices and route changes

Displayed fares are fixed only for the route and details shown at the time of the request. If the guest changes pickup, destination, date, time, stops, waiting time, passenger count or luggage, the fare may be recalculated.

A changed fare applies only after the driver or operator confirms it. Until then, the previous request remains only a pending discussion.

Guest responsibilities

Payment

The displayed fixed fare is binding in Albanian Lek (ALL) and is paid in cash when the ride starts. Any optional foreign-currency reference is indicative only.

Changes, cancellation and refusal

Guests can request changes or cancellation through the tracking page or direct contact. The operator or driver may accept, reject or propose an alternative if availability, safety, route or vehicle capacity is affected.

The operator or driver may refuse a request where legal, safety, capacity, behavior, route or payment concerns make the ride unsuitable.

Formation of the service arrangement

The guest's form submission is not acceptance of an offer by the operator. It is a request for availability and service review. The operator or driver may accept, reject, ask for clarification or propose another route, vehicle, time or price.

Any change requested after submission is a new proposal for the affected elements. It becomes part of the ride only after manual confirmation. Until then, the last confirmed version remains the reference or the request remains unconfirmed.

Cancellation, no-show and limitation of responsibility

A guest may request cancellation through the tracking page or direct contact. If the driver has already started or arrived, waiting time, vehicle allocation and practical losses may be considered where agreed directly and allowed by mandatory law.

The operator is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including traffic, accidents, road closures, airport or border delays, weather, public authority instructions, network outages or third-party map/routing failures.

Status meanings

Fare, currency and payment

A displayed fixed fare is tied to the pickup, destination, date, time, passengers, luggage, duration and notes shown at the time of confirmation. If those facts change, the fare may be recalculated and must be confirmed again.

The displayed fixed fare is binding in Albanian Lek (ALL) and is due in cash when the ride starts. A foreign-currency reference may be shown for orientation only and never changes the agreed ALL amount.

Airport pickup, waiting and no-show

Airport pickups use the fixed main-exit pickup point for clarity and safety. Flight delays, luggage time, border control and terminal congestion can change pickup timing; the guest should provide flight or hotel details where relevant.

If the guest is not reachable or does not appear at the agreed pickup point after reasonable waiting and contact attempts, the driver may mark the request as canceled or closed. Any waiting fees or revised pickup time must be agreed directly before becoming binding.

Changes, capacity and luggage

A change request is not automatically accepted. Changes to pickup, destination, stops, time, duration, passengers, luggage, child seats or accessibility needs may affect availability, vehicle suitability and price.

The guest is responsible for entering realistic passenger and luggage details. If the assigned vehicle cannot safely or legally carry the passengers or luggage presented at pickup, the driver may refuse, request a different vehicle or propose a revised arrangement.

Safety, conduct and force majeure

Drivers may refuse or end a ride if safety, illegal conduct, abusive behavior, intoxication, unsafe luggage, road closure, severe weather, vehicle issue, payment concern or law-enforcement instruction makes the ride unsuitable.

The operator is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including road closures, accidents, border or airport delays, strikes, severe weather, network outages, map provider failures or government restrictions.

Complaints and lost property

Complaints should include the request reference, date, route, driver if known and a concise description. The operator will review messages, status history and driver information available in the system.

Lost property reports should be made as soon as possible. The operator can help contact the driver, but guests remain responsible for their own belongings unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
